Pathway to Pro
SUSA has opened its application process for the “Pathway to Pro” 2023 NY/NJ Gotham FC ID clinic. This clinic will allow girls aged 15-18 that play in the ECNL,GA,EDP and E64 leagues the opportunity to join other elite girls in being seen by the professional coaching staff of Gotham FC. Applications will be reviewed by Gotham FC Staff, and admissions invitations will be announced at the close of the application process.
There are currently 12 clubs across North America in the NWSL; two are affiliated with men's teams of the United Soccer League, one is affiliated with a French Ligue 1 team (as well as its women's counterpart in the Division 1 Féminine), and six are independent.
Players will be evaluated based on the implementation of a defined soccer philosophy, quality of coaching staff, record of elite player production and professionalism of daily environment.
