DONATION SUBMISSION REQUEST

Thank you for considering The SUSA Cares Foundation to be a part of your important cause! 

At SUSA we pride ourselves on aligning with like minded partners and events and are continuously seeking out new and innovative ways to support our community through our Club Values; Professionalism - Discipline - Holistic - Respect - Positivity. 

To help us fulfill requests for donations and sponsorships, we kindly ask that applications be completed online via the form below, and submitted at least 30 days - but no more than 90 days - prior to the event date.

Once submitted all requests are personally reviewed by The SUSA Cares Foundation Board. Please note that not all requests can be accommodated; however, we will consider every request that fits within our guidelines.

Once submitted, you will receive an email as to whether your request was accepted or not.
